We achieve this without compromising on quality by avoiding the large and unnecessary overheads inherent in the traditional agency model.

Mark Reed – Founder

Mark has a rare depth and breadth of City and media expertise. He first worked as a Chartered Accountant with PwC before moving to equity research, where he was an award winning analyst, covering consumer stocks for 11 years. After the financial crisis Mark moved into business communications, where he has worked ever since.
Previously, head of the Accelerator team at a leading international business communications agency, Mark built up genuine expertise in positioning, promoting and defending young fast growing digitally led B2C businesses, as well as advising more established clients on how to navigate public markets.

Mark has worked with leading challenger brands including MADE, graze, WiggleCRC, SECRETSALES, Hype and Push Doctor, as well as taking eve Sleep and Purplebricks through an IPO. Mark has also worked with FTSE 250 constituents including Superdry, Millennium & Copthorne and Safestore.

Mark is a fully qualified IR practitioner, holding the CFA Charter, Certificate in IR and the IR Society Diploma.”

Adam Kay – Partner

Adam has led Investor Relations teams for some of the most exciting and fastest growing tech-enabled businesses of the last twenty years including Just Eat, Playtech, Purplebricks, Global Fashion Group and, most recently, a broader Communications role at THG.

Adam has an international perspective, engaging with investors across the globe and advising companies listed in London, the US and Germany from AIM to FTSE 100.

His focus and expertise with consumer-facing businesses was recognised in 2018, when he won Institutional Investor Magazine’s Best IR Professional in European Small & Midcap Consumer.

Like Mark, Adam has a depth and breadth of expertise. Before his MBA in 2001, Adam advised clients on corporate governance issues for five years, having also worked in the City as a market maker.
